WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY: Acceptance of my entry in the Aloha  Tennis Open 2002 is without assumption of responsibility of any kind by the  Aloha Tennis Open,  Turtle Bay Resort, or any public or private facility, host club, committee or individual connected with the Aloha  Tennis Open.  I agree to waive any and all rights and claims for bodily and  emotional injury, damage to my reputation, or any other harm that I might suffer.  I also understand that there may be unforeseen hazards including, but  not limited to, uneven playing surfaces, objects, and other matter on the playing surface, and I participate at my own risk and with assumption of all risks,  implied and expressed.   I understand that the tournament officials will be governing the competition according to USTA/GLTA rules and regulations.   I  also waive any and all rights to claim against the Aloha Tennis Open, or any of  the above organizations or individuals, for damages, which may arise as a result of references or photographs of me, which may appear in publications, or any media coverage of the tournament.
